I find this interesting: The Pope believes that Harry Potter Books "subtly seduce young readers and distort Christianity in the soul before it can develop properly". One wonders if he is blind to the fact that this is exactly what the Bible does. Or the Bible as I understand it anyway. It is after all full of stories and fables, adventures and the like. And is indoctrinated into most children practically at birth. Hmmm. I should probablly say something more meaningfull but LJ's aren't really here for theological ramblings. Just thought it was interesting is all.
